The Masseria Tinelli Pasta is a homemade product.

The durum wheat used to make pasta, has originated by a cylinder mill to four steps, ensuring a product with many bran fiber and minerals. Once the durum wheat (Senatore Cappelli type), you switch to the processing taking place in a pasta factory.
